液位集成控制系统在某钨选厂的应用研究

摘要: 浮选是选厂生产中一个重要环节,液位是作业中不可或缺的参数,调整好坏对生产 指标影响很大。针对某钨矿加温浮选作业浮选机人工操作不稳定的问题,根据现场实际情况,更 改机械机构,通过采用液位集成控制系统,实现了对浮选机的液位实时检测、控制,稳定了浮选生 产;改造后,钨精矿品位由31.7% 提升至32.2%,作业回收率由96.38% 提升至97.73%,取得了良好 的应用效果。

Abstract: Flotation is an important link in the production of concentrator,and the liquid level is an indispensable parameter in the operation. The adjustment state has great influence on the production index. Aiming at the problem of unstable manual operation of the flotation machine in heating flotation operation of a tungsten ore,according to the actual situation on site,the real-time detection and control of the liquid level of the flotation machine were realized by changing the mechanical mechanism and adopting the inte⁃ grated liquid level control system,and the flotation production was stabilized. After the transformation,the grade of tungsten concentrate increased from 31.7% to 32.2%,and the recovery rate increased from 96.38% to 97.73%,indicating good application effect.
