福建某矿钼回收系统流程考查与工艺优化

摘要: 针对福建某矿选钼系统钼回收不充分问题,以流程考查数据为依据进行了原因分 析。结果表明:① 造成钼金属流失的主要原因是粗、扫选作业时间不足,次要原因是过粗或过细 粒钼矿物回收效果不好。② 现场分级效率较低与给矿压力不足、旋流器型号偏大有关,球磨机给 矿浓度与磨机充填率低等是造成磨机生产率和磨机负荷率低的主要原因。建议增加浮选设备以 扩大浮选系统产能,延长浮选时间,提高钼矿物的回收效果;根据扩能改造的整体思路,选择适当 的工艺优化策略,提升浮选指标;通过优化磨矿对象和再磨分级作业参数、适当提升旋流器给矿压 力和返砂比、沉砂进入磨机前再浓缩、优化钢球级配和充填率、应用塔磨机替换现球磨机等措施强 化分级再磨,改善磨矿质量。

Abstract: In view of the problem of insufficient recovery of molybdenum for molybdenum collection system of a mine in Fujian Province,the comprehensive analysis was made based on the flowsheet investi⁃ gation data. The results showed that: ① the main reason for the loss of molybdenum metal was the lack of time for roughing and scavenging,and the secondary reason was the poor recovery of coarser or ultra-fine molybdenum minerals. ② The low classification efficiency on site was related to insufficient feed pressure and larger hydrocyclone type. The low feed concentration and filling ratio of the ball mill were the main rea⁃ sons for the low productivity and loading ratio of the mill. It was suggested to increase the flotation equip⁃ ment to expand the capacity of the flotation system,extend the flotation time and improve the flotation ef⁃ fect of molybdenum minerals. According to the overall idea of capacity expansion and transformation,se⁃ lect appropriate process optimization strategies to improve flotation parameters. The grinding quality was im⁃ proved by optimizing grinding objects and regrinding-classification operation parameters,properly raising the feed pressure and recycle ratio of hydrocyclone,re-thickening before the underflow enters the mill,op⁃ timizing the steel ball gradation and filling ratio,and replacing the existing ball mill with a tower mill.
