露天矿台阶爆破根底产生原因分析

摘要: 爆破根底对生产的进程和人员设备的安全具有较大影响。为了减少或消除根底,以 露天台阶开挖爆破为研究对象,分析爆破根底现象的生成机理;结合具体案例,借助LS-DYNA 数 值模拟软件,对不同因素进行分析,并通过有效应力曲线给予最直观的展示。研究发现,在合理范 围内,缩小孔网参数、设置超深、增大孔径,可以降低根底率。

关键词: 露天台阶, 爆破根底, 预防措施

Abstract: Bedrock has a great impact on the production process and the safety of personnel and equipment. In order to reduce or eliminate the bedrock,taking open-pit bench excavation blasting as the research object,the generation mechanism of blasting bedrock phenomenon are analyzed. Combined with specific cases,LS-DYNA numerical simulation software is used to analyze different factors,and the most intuitive display is given through the effective stress curve. It is found that in a reasonable range,reducing the hole network parameters,setting the ultra-deep,and increasing the aperture can reduce the root rate.
