白象山铁矿井下典型尘源防尘现状调查分析

摘要: 白象山铁矿对井下采掘生产过程中的扬尘采取了湿式作业、矿井通风、喷雾洒水、湿 式除尘器捕尘等抑尘措施,为了评价抑尘效果,与中钢集团马鞍山矿山研究总院股份有限公司联 合进行了调查、分析,指出了目前存在的问题,最后有针对性地提出了改进措施。

关键词: 矿用湿式除尘器, 除尘效率, 通风系统, 湿式作业防尘, 除尘设施

Abstract: Baixiangshan Iron Mine has taken dust suppression measures such as wet operation,mine ventilation,water spraying and dust collection with wet dust catcher in the process of underground mining and production. In order to evaluate the dust suppression effect,it has jointly investigated and analyzed with Sinosteel Maanshan General Institute of Mining Research Co.,Ltd.,pointed out the existing prob⁃ lems,and finally proposed targeted improvement measures.
