张庄铁矿井下充填钻孔及排水设施优化

摘要: 张庄铁矿由于连续充填致使采空区内积水不易排出,充填钻孔长期受磨蚀影响屡次 发生破坏,需要对井下充填钻孔及排水设施进行优化。结合张庄矿尾砂粒级特性选用新型滤水管 道,提高排水效率和充填接顶速度;对充填钻孔破坏原因进行分析,结合现有工作实际延长充填管 道,增加料浆沿途阻力,将竖直管道内液位维持在冲蚀基准面上,有效延长了充填钻孔寿命。

Abstract: Due to continuous filling in Zhangzhuang Iron Mine,the accumulated water in the goaf is not easy to discharge,and the filling boreholes are damaged repeatedly due to long-term abrasion. There⁃ fore,it is necessary to optimize the underground filling boreholes and drainage facilities. Combined with the particle size characteristics of tailings in Zhangzhuang Mine,a new type of drainage pipeline is select⁃ ed to improve the drainage efficiency and roof-contacted filling speed. The causes of filling borehole failure are analyzed. Combined with the actual work,the filling pipeline is extended,the resistance of slurry along the way is increased,and the liquid level in the vertical pipeline is maintained on the erosion datum sur⁃ face,which effectively prolongs the life of filling borehole.
