矿渣基胶凝材料固化、稳定化某铅锌重金属尾矿

摘要: 固化稳定化技术是目前处理重金属最重要的方法,固化材料是该技术的核心。为克服传统固化材料性能、成本等缺陷,以大宗工业固废矿渣为主要原料,制备矿渣基新型胶凝材料,胶结固化某铅锌尾矿中的重金属,考察固结体强度和铅锌离子固化、稳定化效果。研究结果表明:矿渣基胶凝材料胶结铅锌全尾砂28 d和60 d龄期强度达6.40 MPa和6.44 MPa,满足矿山充填采矿对充填体强度的要求;固化后重金属铅的浸出浓度为0.012 mg/L(28 d)和0.010 mg/L(60 d),达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)IV类水体中规定的重金属标准限值。矿渣基胶凝材料固化稳定化重金属尾矿,实现了“以废治废”,应用前景广阔。

Abstract: Solidificationstabilization technology is the most important method to deal with heavy metals at present.Solidified materials is the key of this technology.In order to overcome the properties and costs defects of traditional solidified materials,arge quality of industry slag are used as main raw materials to prepare slag based cementitious materials,to solidify heavy metals in leadzinc tailings,and the strength of the solidified body and the effect of leadzinc ion solidification stabilization are investigated.The results show that the strength of slag based cemented leadzinc tailings at 28 d and 60 d reaches 6.40 MPa and 6.44 MPa,which meets the strength requirements of mine filling and mining.The leaching concentration of heavy metal lead is 0.012 mg/L(28 d) and 0.010 mg/L(60 d),which meets the limit value of heavy metal standard in class IV water in environmental quality standard for surface water (GB 3838—2002).The slag based cementitious material solidifies and stabilizes the heavy metal tailings,realizes the "waste treatment",and has a broad application prospect.
