山东某金矿细粒尾矿胶结性能试验#br#

Cementation Performance Test of Finegrained Tailings of a Gold Mine in Shandong Province

摘要: 为了解决山东某金矿细粒级尾矿难处理、难利用的问题,采用单因素试验对新型胶固粉的配比、尾矿浓度和灰砂比进行了研究。通过对胶结充填体的强度分析,得出了自制新型胶固粉最佳配比为60∶30∶10(矿渣∶熟料∶脱硫石膏)。使用自制新型胶固粉,在尾矿浓度为72%、灰砂比为1∶10时,28 d胶结充填体抗压强度为5.30 MPa,满足下向进路充填采矿法假顶28 d强度(≥4 MPa)的要求;在灰砂比为1∶20的条件下,28 d胶结充填体抗压强度为1.82 MPa,可以满足上向充填采矿法和下向进路充填采矿法假顶以外的充填体28 d强度(≥1 MPa)的要求。相同浓度、相同灰砂比条件下,采用自制新型胶固粉的胶结充填体抗压强度高于42.5普通硅酸盐水泥184%,成本较42.5普通硅酸盐水泥降低28.8%,效果效益显著。

Abstract: In order to solve the difficulties existed in the process and utilization of the tailings of a gold mine in Shandong Province,the ratio of the new cementing powder,concentration of tailings and ashsand ratio are studied by single factor test.Through the analysis of the strength of cementing backfill,the optimum ratio of selfmade new cementing power is 60∶30∶10 (slag∶clinker∶desulphurization gypsum) based on the strength analysis of cementing backfill.When the tailings concentration is 72%and the ashsand ratio is 1∶10,the compressive strength of the 28 d consolidated backfill is 5.30 MPa,which meets the requirement of the 28 d strength (≥ 4 MPa) of the false roof of the downward drift filling mining method.Under the condition that the ashsand ratio is 1∶20,the compressive strength of the 28 d consolidated backfill is 1.82 MPa,which can meet the requirements of the 28 d strength (≥1 MPa) of the backfill except the false roof of the upward mining method and downward drift mining method.Under the conditions of the same concentration and the same ashsand ratio,the compressive strength of the cementing backfill by using the selfmade new cementing powder is 184% higher than that of 42.5 ordinary portland cement,and the cost is 28.8% lower than that of 42.5 ordinary portland cement,the effect and benefit are both significant.
