店坪煤矿切顶卸压自动成巷矿压显现规律及围岩控制

摘要: 为提高店坪煤矿煤炭资源利用效率,利用沿空留巷技术回收区段煤柱,减少区段煤柱的损失量,同时利用切顶卸压自动成巷技术减少相邻破断岩块因相互咬合造成的对巷道顶板应力传递。并研究了最佳的切顶高度和切顶角度,使得切顶卸压之后,直接顶能够顺利滑移垮落,不会造成巷道顶板应力集中,使得沿空留巷的巷道支护困难。通过数值模拟、工程实践,对最佳的切顶高度和切顶角度进行了验证,最终通过工程实践测出的工作面顶底板最大移近量仅有250 mm,成效显著,可为类似矿井提供参考。

Abstract: In order to solve the loss of coal resources of Dianping Coal Mine,the technology of retaining roadway along goaf is used to recover coal pillars in sections and reduce the loss of coal pillars in sections.Meanwhile,the technology of automatic roadway formation by roof cutting and pressure unloading is used in this coal mine to reduce the transmission of stress on the roadway roof caused by the interlocking of adjacent fracture blocks.Moreover,the optimal height and Angle of roof cutting make it possible for the direct roof to slip and collapse smoothly after roof cutting and pressure relief,which will not cause stress concentration of roadway roof and make roadway support difficult to stay along gob.Through numerical simulation and engineering practice,the optimal height and angle of roof cutting are verified.Finally,the maximum amount of roof and floor moving of the working face is only 250 mm is measured through engineering practice,the significant engineering effects is obtained,besides that,it can provide reliable reference for the simialr mines.
