铜辉矿业矿井充水条件及矿体底部突水性分析

摘要: 为了保证铜辉矿业有限公司开采过程中的安全性,结合矿山开采现状,分析矿井充水条件和突水的影响因素,采用矿体底板隔水层突水系数法对不同开采深度底板进行评价,并对矿体可采范围内底板进行垂向分区。研究表明,二叠系別良金群岩溶裂隙水对矿山开采威胁大,断层和导水裂隙带是突水事故产生的主要途径,矿压扰动带、断层及裂隙发育程度和水压是突水的主要影响因素。隔水层垂向安全分区界限值分别为251 m和422.19 m,水位埋深在422.19 m(十中段)以下层段,在此层段开采将发生底板突水事故,需做好超前探放水及疏排水工作,并提出具体的治水方案,为矿山安全生产过程中进行防治水工作提供技术支持。

Abstract: In order to ensure the safety in the mining process of Tonghui Mining Co., Ltd., combined with the present mining situation, the water filling condition and the influence factors of the water inrush are analyzed. The water inrush coefficient method is used to evaluate the bottom floor of different mining depth, and the vertical zoning is carried out in the mining range of the mine body. The research shows that the karst fissure water in the Permian group of different gold groups is a major threat to mine mining, and fault and water conducting fissure zone are the main ways of water inrush accidents, and the main influencing factors of water inrush are the development degree and water pressure of the ore pressure disturbance zone, fault and fracture and fissure. The boundary value of the vertical safety division of the aquifers is 251 m and 422.19 m respectively. The water level is buried below the 422.19 m (10 middle section), and the water inrush accident will occur in the mining section.
