四方金矿回采巷道眉线破坏控制技术措施

摘要: 四方金矿采用无底柱分段崩落采矿法多年,技术成熟,但回采爆破易对眉线造成破坏,从而影响后续爆破回采及矿石贫损指标。经过分析,巷道成形差、回采进路地质条件差、回采爆破及二次破碎不规范、支护工作、回采顺序等为造成巷道眉线破坏的主要原因。通过加强巷道掘进及中深孔施工管理,优化回采顺序,优化爆破参数及爆破网络,改善支护形式,使得眉线破坏率由73.3%降低至26.7%,成效显著,对于类似矿山有一定的借鉴价值。

Abstract: The non-pillar sublevel caving method is widely used in Sifang Gold Mine,the stoping technqiue is relatively mature,however,the brow line is highly susceptible to be damaged after stoping blasting,and the subsequent blasting stoping and ore dilution and loss rate would be affected seriously.Through some related analysis,the main reasons of the destruction of mining roadway brow line in the mine can be summarized as poor roadway forming,poor geological conditions of stoping drift,non-standard stoping blasting and secondary crushing,supporting work and stoping sequence.By strengthening the management of roadway driving and medium-length borehole construction,optimizing blasting parameters and blasting network,improving the supporting form,the destruction rate of brow line is decreased from 73.3% to 26.7%,the destruction controlling effects is significant,which can provide relative reference for the similar mines.
