矿井回风井经济断面的优化

摘要: 矿井通风系统设计中常采用大风速确定回风井断面而忽略了通风能耗,为此,从回风井掘进衬砌、维护、电力费用三个方面,推导出了“通风经济断面”与风量、通风时间等参数的函数关系式。以某矿为例,应用其回风井风量、掘进衬砌、电力等基础数据,计算了“通风经济断面”,对回风井建设期到运行期间的投资费用进行了优化,并与原设计断面进行了经济分析对比,最终确定了回风井通风经济断面。

Abstract: In mine ventilation system,the large wind speed to determine the return air shaft section but ignore the ventilation energy consumption.So,the computational formula between ventilation economic section and the parameters of air volume and ventilation time from the perspective of lining,maintenance and electricity costs of the return air shaft.Taking a mine as an example,the ventilation economic section is computed by the formula based on the basic datas of air volume of return air shaft,tunneling lining and electricity so as to optimize the investment cost during the construction and operation of return air shaft.The return air shaft acreage is obtained by economic analyzing the results of the computational formula and the original design acreage.
