井下膏体充填新材料试验

摘要: 将炉渣粉、石膏、熟料按不同比例配合,进行膏体试块净浆强度试验,根据净浆强度等级划分炉渣水泥强度,并进行掺合全尾砂的膏体强度试验。结果证实了铅渣开发水泥的可行性。但由于铅渣的胶凝活性较弱,在应用于矿山充填中可采用部分替代普通硅酸盐水泥,可节约充填成本,混合胶凝材料具有较强的胶凝活性,满足矿山充填强度的需要。

Abstract: The slag power,plaster,clinker are mixed together with different proportion so as to do the experiment on the strength of paste block net pulp.The grade of slag cement strength is divided in line with the net pulp strength grade to conduct the experiment on the strength of blending the paste backfilling.The above experiment results proved that,the development of lead slag cement is feasible.However, due to the cementing activity of lead slag is weak,so,it is ideal that,part of the portland cement can be replaced with lead slag in the process of mine filling to improve the cementing activity of the mixed gelling materials,reduce the cost of mine filling and meet the requirement of mine filling strength.
