硫氨酯类浮选药剂合成新方法研究

摘要: 以黄原酸盐和伯胺或仲胺为起始原料,自制双硫化合物ZS为反应促进剂,在n(C2H4NH2)∶n(NaX)∶n(ZS)=1.1∶1.0∶1.0,反应温度为30~35 ℃,反应时间为1.5 h条件下,一步法合成了相应的硫代氨基甲酸酯类浮选药剂,产品合成率均在93.0%以上,纯度大于98.0%。该合成工艺操作方便,反应条件温和,所得产品质量稳定,对环境危害小。

Abstract: Thiocarbamate flotation reagents were prepared by the reaction of xanthate and primary amine, or secondary amine, at   aminoethane, sodium xanthate, disulfur compound dosage of 1.1〖DK(〗∶〖DK)〗1.0〖DK(〗∶〖DK)〗1.0, in water at 30~35 ℃ for 1.5h with a self-prepared disulfur compound (ZS) as reaction accelerator. The synthetic rate is more than 93.0% and the purity is greater than 98.0%. The sythesis process was operation simplified, reaction mild, production quality stable, environmental friendly.
