选铁尾矿回收云母选矿试验

摘要: 某选铁尾矿其云母含量为20.34%,具有工业回收价值,为此进行了云母回收试验。经试验研究采用脱泥—碱性浮选选矿工艺,最终试验获得了回收产率在10%左右,K2O含量为7.93%,云母矿物含量在96%以上的高纯度云母,此工艺的推广有效地降低了其尾矿排放量,经济效益和社会效益显著。

Abstract: Tests about mica recovery on a certain iron ore tailing, with mica content of 20.34% and have industrial recovery value, was conducted. High purity mica was achieved by desliming-alkaline floatation, with the concentrate of the content of mica mineral is more than 96%, and the recovery rate is about 10%, the content of K2O is 7.93%. The promotion of this process can effective reduce the emission of tailings, and have great economic and social benefits.
