润磨预处理改善球团用赤铁精矿粉性能的研究

摘要: 对2种细粒铁精矿粉的造球及焙烧性能进行了研究。结果表明,以磁铁矿为主的2#铁精矿比以赤铁矿为主的1#铁精矿生产出的球团性能指标更好。1#铁精矿生产的球团需在较高的预热温度及较长的预热时间下才能获得满足链篦机—回转窑生产要求的预热球,工艺技术条件较高。润磨预处理工艺具有显著改善1#铁精矿球团预热焙烧性能的作用,经润磨预处理的1#铁精矿球团预热球的强度达到725 N,成品球团矿抗压强度达到了2 861 N,达到了合格品标准。

Abstract: Pelletizing and roasting property of 2 kinds of fine iron concentrate powder were studied. The results indicated, indexes of pelletizing property produced by 2# iron concentrate which mainly consist of magnetite ore were much better than 1# iron concentrate which mainly consist of hematite ore. Pellet produced by 1# iron concentrate needed higher preheating temperature and much longer preheating time to get the preheating ball could meet the production request of chain grate-rotary kiln, technology condition was much higher. The test indicated, damp milling pretreatment technology had effects of improving pellet preheating roasting property of 1# iron concentrate remarkably, strength of 1# iron concentrate pellet preheating ball could reach to 725 N through damp milling pretreatment, compressive strength of product pellet reached to 2 861 N, which met the qualified products standard.
