黄铜矿生物浸出中细菌吸附规律研究

摘要: 通过研究不同矿石浓度、粒度、初始pH值下细菌浸出黄铜矿的吸附规律以及表面活性剂对细菌浸出的影响,结果发现:在浸出初始阶段,细菌吸附量随时间逐渐增加,到达稳定吸附期时,吸附在矿物表面的细菌可占到90%以上;随着浸出时间的延长,经过稳定吸附时期后细菌吸附量会有所下降。表面活性剂吐温-20的存在可促进黄铜矿的氧化溶解,提高矿物的浸出速度,但不能提高铜浸出率,高于其临界值时,吐温-20反而不利于细菌生长,抑制浸出过程。

Abstract: The effect of surface active agent to bacterial leaching and the adsorption law leaching chalcopyrite under different pulp density, particles, primary pH value were studied. The results show that in the initial phase, the bacterial adsorption quantity increases along with time, in the stationary phase, over 90% bacteria are adsorbed on the surface of ores. When the leaching time is extended, the bacterial adsorbance will decrease. The surface active agent tween-20 can accelerate the oxidative dissolution of chalcopyrite, promote the leaching speed, but can't promote the leaching rate, tween-20 also can inhibit the leaching process and baleful to the growth of bacteria when above the critical value.
