马路坪矿中深孔分段矿房不同跨度的稳定性分析

Stability Analysis on Different Spans of Sublevel Room of Mediumlength Hole in Maluping Mine

摘要: 马路坪矿是世界少有、国内目前唯一不经选矿便可直接生产高浓度磷肥的优质原料产地,矿山采用脉内采准中深孔落矿嗣后充填采矿法开采。通过FLAC3D有限差分软件,分析分段采场不同开采跨度下的采场位移与变形特征、顶板最大主应力、顶板垂直应力分布、采场塑性区分布等数值计算结果,得出合理的采场跨度为20 m。

Abstract: Maluping mine is a high quality sources of raw materials which could produce highconcentration phosphate fertilizer directly without ore dressing, and it is rare in the world and the only one in China currently. Invein preparatory work mediumlength hole falling ore afterwards filling mining method was adopted. Through FLAC3D finite difference software, numerical calculation result such as characteristic of displacement and deformation, maximum principal stress of roof, roof vertical stress distribution, plastic zone distribution of stope of different mining spans of sublevel stope , reasonable stope span is 20m is obtained.
