In order to ensure the safety in the mining process of Tonghui Mining Co., Ltd., combined with the present mining situation, the water filling condition and the influence factors of the water inrush are analyzed. The water inrush coefficient method is used to evaluate the bottom floor of different mining depth, and the vertical zoning is carried out in the mining range of the mine body. The research shows that the karst fissure water in the Permian group of different gold groups is a major threat to mine mining, and fault and water conducting fissure zone are the main ways of water inrush accidents, and the main influencing factors of water inrush are the development degree and water pressure of the ore pressure disturbance zone, fault and fracture and fissure. The boundary value of the vertical safety division of the aquifers is 251 m and 422.19 m respectively. The water level is buried below the 422.19 m (10 middle section), and the water inrush accident will occur in the mining section.
