摘要: 矿石破碎所消耗的能量是矿山企业能源消耗的主要方向,为了寻求有效的节能方法,探讨了颗粒破碎特征的主要影响因素,系统阐述了粒度、孔隙度和矿物组成对矿石颗粒力学性质的影响。结果表明,粒度较大的矿石颗粒内部的孔隙密度大,强度相对较低;预弱化能使矿石内部出现微裂缝,增加矿石的破碎程度;石英和斜长石是硬度较高的矿物,但它们含量在临界值以下时,对矿石破碎的影响不明显。

Abstract: The energy consumed by ore crushing is the main source of energy consumption in mining enterprises.In order to find an effective energysaving method,the main influencing factors of particle crushing characteristics are discussed,and the effects of particle size,porosity and mineral composition on the mechanical properties of ore particles are systematically expounded.The results show that the pore density of the ore with larger particle size is higher,and the strength is relatively low; pre weakening can cause micro cracks in the ore and increase the crushing degree of the ore;quartz and plagioclase are minerals with high hardness,but their content below the critical value has no obvious effect on the ore crushing.
