上饶某铜硫矿石工艺矿物学研究

摘要: 针对上饶某铜硫矿入选矿石锌矿物含量升高,导致硫精矿锌含量超标,影响矿山的正常生产和经营问题,为寻求解决办法,首先开展了矿石的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:①矿石性质较复杂,可供选矿回收的元素主要是铜和硫,含量分别为0.58%和10.20%,锌、银含量分别为0.42%和16.44 g/t,可综合回收。矿石中的主要脉石矿物为石英、碳酸盐矿物以及铝硅酸盐类矿物。②矿石主要结构有自形—半自形粒状结构、他形粒状结构、交代结构、粒状镶嵌结构和充填结构,少量胶状结构。主要构造有浸染状构造、条带状构造、细脉状构造,少量块状构造。③黄铜矿和闪锌矿呈中细粒嵌布的特征,黄铁矿呈中粗粒嵌布的特征。黄铜矿粒度相差悬殊,形态变化较大,嵌布关系复杂,欲提高铜精矿品位须对粗精矿进行细磨。黄铁矿大部分结晶较好,适合在较粗磨矿细度下解离回收。④结合现场情况和锌矿物的存在状态,可考虑对锌矿物进行活化、浮选,从而解决硫精矿含锌超标的问题。

Abstract: In view of the high zinc content in the ore of a copper sulfur mine in Shangrao,resulting in the zinc content in the sulfur concentrate exceeding the standard,affecting the normal production and operation of the mine,in order to find a solution,the process mineralogy research of the ore was carried out.The results show that: ①The ore of a coppersulfur mine in Shangrao has complex properties.The main elements available for beneficiation and recovery are copper and sulfur with contents of 0.58% and 10.20%,respectively.The zinc and silver content is 0.42% and 16.44 g/t respectively,which can be comprehensively recovered.The gangue is mainly quartz,carbonate and aluminosilicate minerals.②The main structure of the coppersulfur ore includes euhedral,semiautomatic granular structure,heteromorphic granular structure,metasomatic structure,granular mosaic structure and filling structure,and a small amount of colloidal structure.The main structures are disseminated structure,strip structure,veinlet structure,and a few block structures.③Chalcopyrite and sphalerite have the characteristics of mediumfinegrained distribution,while pyrite has the characteristics of mediumcoarsegrained distribution.The grain size of chalcopyrite is very different,the shape changes greatly,and the interlaid relationship is complicated.To improve the copper concentrate grade,the coarse concentrate must be finely ground.Most of the pyrite crystallizes well,which is suitable for dissociation and recovery under relatively coarse grinding fineness.④ Combining the site conditions and the existing status of zinc minerals,activation and flotation of zinc minerals can be considered to solve the problem of excessive zinc content in sulfide concentrates.
