焦家金矿深部巷道U型钢壁后分区段注浆参数优化

Optimization of Grouting Parameters for Section by Section Behind Ushaped Steel Wall in Deep Roadway of Jiaojia Gold Mine

摘要: 在深部巷道施工过程中,由于受三高一扰动因素影响,造成部分破碎巷道采用U型钢支护后仍出现较大变形。为研究深部巷道U型钢加固后变形修复方案,通过在巷道周边布设监测点对巷道位移进行监测,结合现场变形监测结果对U型钢变形区严重程度进行分类,利用变形区严重程度分类优化注浆加固技术参数,对U型钢壁后进行注浆加固,注浆加固后对巷道进行锚杆应力监测。数据显示锚杆应力基本没发生变化,巷道保持稳定可靠,实现了高效快速掘进,为后续类似高地压巷道快速施工积累了一定的经验。

Abstract: During the construction of deep roadways,due to the influence of three high and one disturbance factors,some broken roadways still suffered large deformation after being supported by Ushaped steel.In order to study the deformation repair scheme of Ushaped steel einforcement in deep roadways,monitoring the roadway displacement by setting monitoring points around the roadway,combining the deformation monitoring results of the field to classify the severity of the Ushaped steel deformation zone,and using the severity classification of the deformation zone to optimize grouting reinforcement Technical parameters,grouting reinforcement for Ushaped steel walls,and bolt stress monitoring of the roadway after grouting reinforcement.The data shows that the anchor stress has basically remained unchanged,and the roadway remains stable and reliable,achieving efficient and rapid excavation for subsequent similar highlands.Accumulated experience in rapid construction of roadway.
