深井矿山低成本尾矿充填胶凝材料开发实验

摘要: 为了增加矿山井下供矿量,降低充填采矿成本,围绕河北东部某矿山全尾砂、钢厂高炉矿渣和添加激发剂展开新型充填胶结材料配比实验,先后开展探索性实验、净浆实验和胶砂配比实验。结果表明:新开发的充填胶凝材料1∶7胶砂比胶结强度是同配比42.5R水泥的3倍,其价格比普通硅酸盐水泥降低了60%~70%,完全满足矿山充填工艺的要求,能够达到提高矿山经济效益、节约生产成本的目的,同时对改善环境治理起到良好的促进作用。

Abstract: In order to increase the supply of underground mines and reduce the cost of filling and mining,a new filling cementing material ratio test was launched around a tailings of a mine in eastern Hebei,blast furnace slag of a steel plant and the addition of an activator.Exploratory tests,slurry tests,and cementsand ratio test shows that the 1∶7 cementsand specific strength of the newly developed filling cementitious material is three times that of the same ratio of 42.5R cement,and its price is 60%~ 70% lower than that of ordinary portland cement.It fully meets the requirements of the mine filling process,can achieve the purpose of improving the mine′s economic benefits and saving production costs,and at the same time it has a good role in promoting environmental governance.
