雁南煤矿综采工作面火区治理技术研究

摘要: 雁南煤矿I0128207工作面在回撤期间,工作面冒落区出现高温点,一氧化碳浓度和温度不断升高,工作面被迫封闭。为了保证工作面回撤安全,通过分析了工作面自然发火的原因,采取了注水、注氮的防灭火措施。采取措施后,封闭区域内气体组分及浓度、温度等指标都下降到了安全值以下,具备了继续回撤的条件。经过一段时间的观察后,工作面内气体浓度稳定,工作面可以继续回撤支架。

Abstract: The I0128207 working face of yannan coal mine began to withdraw the hydraulic support on March 13,and the ventilation team detected the high temperature point in the no.1 support caving area on April 19.In the following days,the carbon monoxide concentration and temperature of the working face continued to rise,and the working face was closed on April 23.Based on the analysis of the causes of spontaneous ignition in the working face,two sand rods and a concrete seal are constructed in the transportation channel,and water and nitrogen injection are carried out continuously.A concrete seal shall be constructed at the position of 8 meters from the return air gateway to the return air outlet to further reduce the negative pressure on the working face,and water and nitrogen shall be continuously injected into the working face for realtime monitoring.When the gas composition,concentration,temperature and other indicators in the closed area meet the working face opening conditions,the sealing can be opened.Considering I0128207 working face after unsealing continue to withdraw hydraulic support special situation,formulated the working face after unsealing fire prevention technical measures.
