某矿留窄煤柱沿空掘巷下采空区自燃防治灭火技术研究

摘要: 以某矿8800工作面为研究背景,为了解决其由于煤层地质构造复杂,不能持续回采,在停采期间回风隅角处CO浓度增高,进、回风巷温度升高,容易出现煤自燃发火的隐患,在采空区采用了预埋管灌注三相泡沫和开放式注氮的防火技术。经过实际应用后发现,采空区温度、CO等指标性气体的浓度呈连续下降趋势,并在较长的时间内保持稳定。故采用此方法能够有效地抑制留窄煤柱沿空掘巷采空区内的自燃趋势.

Abstract: Taking the 8800 working face of a mine as the research background,in order to solve the problem that the geological structure of the coal seam is complex and can not be continuously recovered,the concentration of CO increases at the corner of the return air during the stoping period,and the temperature of the inlet and outlet Lane rises,which is prone to the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion of coal.After practical application,it is found that the concentration of goaf temperature,CO and other index gases show a continuous downward trend and remain stable for a long time.Therefore,this method can effectively inhibit the spontaneous combustion trend of the goaf with narrow coal pillars.
