摘要: 针对我国一水硬铝石型铝土矿石储量丰富但较难解离的特征,阐述了助磨剂在我国铝土矿碎磨过程中的应用现状、一水硬铝石的结构特征和助磨剂作用机理研究进展。提出开发环保、高效、绿色化、无毒的新型助磨剂和研究助磨剂对后续铝土矿浮选、溶出作业的影响及其机理是今后铝土矿助磨剂的发展方向,为我国一水硬铝石型铝土矿石的开发利用提供借鉴。

Abstract: In view of the characteristics of abundant but difficult to be liberated of monohydrous bauxite ore in China,the application status of the grinding aid in the grinding process of bauxite in China,the structural characteristics of monohydrous bauxite and the research progress of the mechanism of the grinding aid are expounded.It is pointed out that the development of environmental protection,high efficiency,green and non-toxic new grinding AIDS and the study of the influence of grinding AIDS on the subsequent flotation and dissolution of bauxite and its mechanism are the development direction of bauxite grinding AIDS in the future,and provide a reference for the development and utilization of bauxite ore in China.
