内蒙古额济纳旗某萤石矿选矿工艺试验

Experiment on Processing Technology of a Fluorite Ore in Ejina Banner,Inner Mongolia

摘要: 为有效提高内蒙古额济纳旗某萤石矿的选矿指标,在对矿石特性研究的基础上进行了大量的试验研究。试验确定在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 85%、水玻璃用量为1 000 g/t、油酸用量为120 g/t、矿浆温度为35 ℃的条件下,采用1粗4精2扫、中矿循环返回的浮选工艺流程,可得到CaF2品位为98.22%、回收率为88.33%的高品质萤石精矿,获得了理想的选矿指标。

Abstract: In order to effectively improve the beneficiation indexes of a fluorite ore from Ejina Banner in Inner Mongolia,a large number of experimental studies had been carried out based on the study of the ore characteristics.The test determined that under the conditions of grinding fineness -0.074 mm 85%,water glass dosage of 1 000 g/t,oleic acid dosage of 120 g/t and pulp temperature of 35 ℃,fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 98.22% and recovery rate of 88.33% was obtained via one roughing-four cleaning-one scavenging,middlings sequential returning flotation process flowsheet and ideal beneficiation indexes were achieved.
