萤石矿浮选药剂研究进展

摘要: 针对萤石矿与方解石、重晶石等浮选分离困难的问题,介绍了萤石矿浮选中pH值调整剂、抑制剂及捕收剂的研究进展,重点介绍了常温浮选分离的抑制剂和捕收剂的种类、性能及作用机理。通过研究发现:捕收剂普遍存在适温性、分散性及耐酸碱性能差等缺点,提出了捕收剂改性处理及组合用药是提高萤石矿浮选效果的有效途径之一,并指明了耐低温、高选择性的浮选药剂是今后研究的主要方向。 

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of difficult flotation separation of fluorite ore,calcite and barite,the research progress of pH regulator,inhibitor and collector in fluorite ore flotation was introduced,and the type,performance and action mechanism of inhibitor and collector in flotation separation at room temperature were emphatically introduced.It was founded that the collector generally had the disadvantages of poor moderate temperature,dispersibility and acid and alkali resistance via researhing.It was proposed that the collector modification treatment and combination reagents were one of the effective ways to improve the flotation effect of fluorite ore,and low temperature resistant,high selectivity flotation reagents were the main direction of future research was indicated.
