摘要: 北洺河铁矿采用大结构参数的无底柱分段崩落法开采,生产中一直存在爆破效果差的问题,主要表现为大块率高,推墙、悬顶事故率高,单排矿石回收率偏低。研究发现,边孔角小,炮孔密集,出矿口宽度窄是存在上述问题的主要原因。提出了采用57°边孔角的双凿岩中心试验方案,并进行了工业试验,在改善爆破效果、提高矿石回收率方面取得了较好的效果。

Abstract: Macrostructure parameter pillarless sublevel caving has been adopted in mining of Beiminghe iron ore, while problem of bad blast effects always exist in production, main present as high boulder yield, high accident rate of pushing-wall and hanging arch, and low recovery rate of single-row ore. After the study, little furnace hole angle, dense blasthole, narrow ore drawing port are the main reason to the above problems. Double rock drilling center experiment plan with 57°furnace hole angle was proposed and industrial experimental was done, better effects was obtained on blast effects improving and enhance ore recovery rate.
