摘要: 针对我国矿山尾矿排弃量大、库容积不足,新建尾矿库征地困难的现状,提出了露天转地下矿山利用露天采空区排放尾矿的技术方案。具体到承德黑山铁矿的实际情况,对黑山铁矿1#露天采场改建为尾矿库的方案进行了初步探讨。

Abstract: Aiming at situation of large tailings discharge quantity, short of storage capacity, land expropriation is difficult if build new tailing pond in China, technical scheme of open pit change to underground mine and using Mined-out open pit  to discharge tailings was proposed. In the practical situation of Chengde Heishan iron ore, preliminary discussion was done on scheme of 1#excavating plant of Heishan iron ore reconstructed into tailing pond.
