石煤钒矿焙烧试验研究

摘要: 考查了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、添加剂种类及添加量等因素对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明,焙烧温度和焙烧时间对钒浸出率影响较大,最佳的焙烧条件为800 ℃、3 h;添加NaCl或Na2CO3均能显著提高钒浸出率,添加2% Na2CO3+1% 氧化剂H-1,可使钒浸出率提高23.21个百分点,达到84.45%。

Abstract: Effects of roasting temperature, roasting time, kinds and addition amount of  addition and other factors to vanadium leaching rate were investigated. Results indicate that roasting temperature and time have greater influence to vanadium leaching rate, best roasting condition is 800 ℃,3 h; adding NaCl or Na2CO3 both could increasing vanadium leaching rate significantly, vanadium leaching rate could increase 23.21 percentage reach to 84.45% by adding 2% Na2CO3+1% oxidant H-1.
