摘要: 在对山东华联矿业某矿山尾矿中回收的弱磁性矿物进行简要分析的基础上,重点进行了可选性研究,结果表明,该试样采用单一弱磁选工艺难以获得合格的铁精矿,采用磨矿—弱磁选—磨矿—反浮选工艺可以获得铁品位65.43%、回收率66.66%的铁精矿。

Abstract: On the basis of brief analysis on recovering weakly magnetic minerals from a mine tailings of Shandong Hualian Mining, separability study was done mainly. The results indicate that qualified iron concentrate was hard to obtained from this sample by adopting single-weak magnetic separation process, iron concentrate with iron grade 65.43% and recovery rate 66.66% could obtained by adopting grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-grinding-reverse flotation technology.
