According to the actual mining conditions of the Bayan Obo open stope,combining of the currently ride valid data, the line density, aperture, hole pitch are used to do some research on the influence on splitting blasting under the same topography and geological conditions. The relationship between these parameters and the influence on splitting blasting respectively is analyzed.The experiment show that, in order to obtain the better effect of the slope splitting blasting, the smaller aperture, hole spacing should be used, and the inclined hole same as the design side slope rate should be adopted as much as possible.At the same time, the control of drilling quality must be pay more attention.

According to the actual conditions of the Gushan iron mine hang for ore, the Ⅱ stage mining scheme is designed. The mining sequence, method, ventilation, drainage , filling,compressed air, moving boundary are designed and calculated. The scheme can meet the production requirements,the hang for mineral resources can be fully recycled and the iron ore output is increased, to ensure the mineral resources of the Gushan iron mine.

Taking the V# orebody of a certain copper mine as an example, some related numerical simulation research on the structure parameters of the stop by multifactor orthogonal design method is done, and obtains some indexes such as displacement, stress and plastic zone distribution. The multi-target fuzzy weight values is got, and the stability of stope evaluation can be caried out by the displacement and stress indictors so as to determine some reasonable structure parameters of the stope. This research achievement has important reference value on the similar mine problems and the problems of multifactor, multilevel, multiindex and pay a guiding role of mine safety production.

Aiming at a refractory iron ore, mainly useful minerals are hematite and limonite, in Shandong province, by using conventional mineral processing methods can not effectively recover its iron. Under the conditions of bituminous coal ratio of 20%, limestone ratio of 25%, the reduction time of 2 h, the reduction temperature of 1 200 ℃, carried out reduction roasting-magnetic separation, iron minerals will be reduced to metallic iron, then through low intensity magnetic separation, iron grade of 92.38%, iron recovery of 92.36% was obtained.SEM analysis revealed iron exists in the form of metallic iron in iron concentrate。
