Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low hole utilization and small circulating penetration rate of deep hole blasting in hard rock roadway,the solution of double hollow hole diamond straight cut is pro⁃ posed. The mechanical model of double hollow hole cut is simplified,assuming that the cut area is only sub⁃ jected to quasi-static expansion of explosive gas,the formation mechanism and mechanical process of dou⁃ ble hollow hole diamond straight cut are analyzed. The LS-DYNA software is used to establish the numerical model of double hollow hole diamond cut,and the effective stress propagation law of double hollow hole un⁃ der multi-stage initiation is simulation analyzed. According to the actual situation,the blasting parameters are selected reasonably to carry out the application test of double hollow hole deep cut in hard rock roadway. The average hole utilization rate reaches 88.0%,the digging depth is increases to 2.76 m,and the explosive consumption reduces to 3.20 kg/m3 . The experiment verifies the high efficiency and adaptability of double hollow hole diamond straight cut in hard rock roadway.
