In view of the engineering background of the proposed expansion and production increase of a large open-pit sand and gravel mine, the TC4850 vibrometer and L20-N blasting vibration recorder were used to measure the blasting vibration velocity and vibration frequency on site.Through the regression analy⁃ sis method, the attenuation law of blasting vibration in the direction of mine gas pipeline is obtained.By com⁃ paring the relevant specifications and similar engineering cases,a method for judging the harmfulness of blasting vibration to gas pipelines is proposed. The analysis shows that when the mine carries out the blasting operation according to the design requirements, the influence of the blasting seismic effect on the existing municipal gas pipeline at 260 m of the mine boundary is within the allowable range, and the blasting vibra⁃ tion velocity and blasting vibration acceleration are less than the safety allowable value. The research results provide a reference for similar projects.
