Abstract:

The slope of open-pit mine has obvious characteristics due to different geological condi⁃

tions and excavation methods. In order to make effective early warning of slope landslide disaster，it is neces⁃

sary to carry out research on slope monitoring technology.Firstly，the geological structure，rock mechanics

strength parameters and slope excavation forms are investigated and analyzed. Secondly，the slope monitor⁃

ing technology is selected according to the investigation and analysis results. Finally，the slope monitoring

system is designed.The research shows that the slope radar monitoring technology has the advantages of wide

monitoring range，long monitoring distance，high monitoring accuracy，no weather influence and automatic

early warning. It is easy to install and has good adaptability to large-scale deep pit open-pit mines.
