Abstract: In order to study the data quality of long-distance ground 3D laser scanner in mine sur⁃ vey, based on the point cloud coordinate measurement and coordinate conversion of 3D laser scanning sys⁃ tem,It is designed the precision detection test of RIEGL-VZ2000i 3D laser scanner in mine survey. The single station scanning accuracy of RIEGL-VZ2000i was evaluated from the internal and external confor⁃ mance of scanning results. The results show that in a good observation environment and 500 m range, the internal coincidence errors of the scanning distance, plane and elevation of the single station are about 0.005 m,0.010 m and 0.020 m respectively, and the errors increase synchronously with the increase of the distance. The external conformity errors of single station scanning distance, plane and elevation are about 0.010 m,0.010 m and 0.050 m respectively, which has a high accuracy and can meet the measurement re⁃ quirements of mine earth and gravel volume. The research results of this paper provide a certain reference value for the accuracy evaluation of the long distance ground 3D laser scanner and the project production and application.
