Abstract: Traditional open-pit mining has brought a series of environmental problems，geological hazard problems and enterprise-locality harmony problems.Under the background of green mine construction，the concept of green mine open-pit mining is put forward in order to solve the problems existing in the open-pit mine. The mining technology is optimized，and mining thought of multi-boundary mining，final sublevel mining，stripping and internal drainage mining，controlled blasting，advancing direction，covering soil and greening are proposed. Using the actual production mine as an example，for the possible slope problems after optimization，slope stability is analyzed by Slide software，the slope maintains overall stability. Optimized mining technology accords with green mining construction requirements，and it can solve the surrounding environmental problems that restrict the development of enterprises. The overall benefit of the mine is good，which is of great significance to the development and survival of mining enterprises.
