Abstract: present, most of the small and mediumsized old mines in China are facing a series of problems, including the lack of data that cannot accurately determine the location of old minedout areas and remaining resources, cannot accurately grasp the remaining resource forms and recoverable amounts, recycling scheme design cannot match actual resources, etc. The above problems can be solved through the application of 3D detection and modeling technology in the accurate positioning and recovery scheme design of old mine residual mineral resource.Taking Pinfeng SPbZn Mine of Fuchen County of Fujian Province as an example,by using threedimensional laser scanning technology to construct a threedimensional model of the goaf in the old goaf, combined with the threedimensional modeling calculations, the threedimensional model of recyclable residual mineral resource is established.Through model division and cutting, according to the actual shape of the ore body, the cutting and perforating works are arranged in the 3D model, and then imported into the plane construction drawing, which reduces the design workload, and the scheme can accurately match the ore body and reduce the design deviation.Due to the existence of a large number of old minedout areas,in order to ensure safety, based on an accurate threedimensional model of the minedout area and remaining resources,a stable monitoring plan for the minedout area was developed, and monitoring sensors were deployed to ensure recovery safety.
