Abstract: Analyses the magnetic system of a new magnetic separator,in view of the magnetic system arrangement character of the magnetic needle of the new magnetic separator,it was compared with the traditional assembly method,the practical assembly method was given.A convenient and practical tools for plugging pole was designed,the structure and kinematics analysis was conducted.On the basis of guarantee the technical performance of the magnetic system,make the assembly easier,reduce labor intensity and reduce the assembly of magnetic system of production accidents,so as to improve the production efficiency.
