Abstract: In view of the outstanding safety problems and the low recovery rate of coal resources,this paper takes Bofang Coal Mine as the research background,puts forward the gob-side retaining roadway technology,realizes coal pillar-free mining,according to the actual situation of the mine,gives the relevant technical parameters of roof-cutting pressure relief and roadside support,and advances the anti-sliding stability of the gob-side retaining roadway wall.The analysis shows that the anti-sliding coefficient of the wall retained along the goaf is 5.4,which is greater than 1.6.Therefore,the wall meets the requirements of anti-sliding stability. The technology of Retaining Roadway along goaf in working face realizes Y-type ventilation,eliminates gas accumulation in upper corner of return air,improves mine safety conditions,reduces roadway driving rate,reduces empty roof operation,and reduces the probability of roof falling and side slope falling. Gob-side entry retaining technology can effectively improve the recovery rate of coal resources and the level of coal mine safety production,and ensure the national energy strategic security.
