Abstract: Traditional monitoring methods of heavy metal pollution in soil are time-consuming,laborious,inefficient,single and lack of verification of evaluation results. In order to solve these problems, the correlation between evaluation index and evaluation model was analyzed through experiments, and a WebGIS-based soil heavy metal pollution evaluation system was designed. The system used GIS spatial interpolation technology and various evaluation models to complete the evaluation of soil heavy metal pollution in mining areas, which provided strong support for monitoring and prevention of soil heavy metal pollution in mining areas.
