Abstract: Some polymetallic sulfide ores in yunnan has copper grade of 0.45%,lead grade of 3.18% and zinc grade of 4.21%,containing 30.10 g/t silver,The useful minerals are mainly chalcopyrite, sphalerite and galena。Chalcopyrite and sphalerite are metasomatic or mixed—dyed, with uneven grain size.85.11% copper exists in the form of primary copper sulfide, lead and zinc ores also occur in sulfide ores。 The flotation test results show that under the condition of grinding fineness -0.074 mm 80%,CaO+Na2S+Na2SO3+ZnSO4 as the adjusting agent, isopropyl xanthate as the collector,730A as the foaming agent, the mixed closed—circuit flotation of 1 crude,3 fine and 2 scavenging copper and lead can obtain a copper and lead mixed concentrate with yield of 6.50%,copper grade of 5.20%,lead grade of 43.64%,copper recovery rate of 75.11% and lead recovery rate of 93.00%.The zinc concentrate with yield 7.60%,grade 46.94% and recovery 85.76% can be obtained by using CuSO4 as activator and butyl xanthate as collector 1crude,2fine and2 scavenging closed circuit cleaning process.lead concentrate with grade 42.23%,recovery 86.38% and The copper concentrate grade 27.65%, recovery 61.88% can be obtained by 1 coarse and 1 fine separation and flotation of the copper and lead mixed concentrate.Copper, lead and zinc concentrate reached the corresponding quality standards, and silver was recovered. The test results can provide technical reference for the development and utilization of the ore.
