Abstract: In order to understand the relationship between typical natural hot spring geothermal fluid and groundwater in Jiaodong Peninsula, the chemical characteristics of hot spring water,Quaternary (shallow well) water and bedrock water are analyzed comprehensively. The contents of δ18O and δD in hot spring water are measured. The relationship between typical natural hot spring geothermal fluid and groundwater in Jiaodong Peninsula is analyzed by using Yantai rainline equation. The results show that the hydrochemical types of hot springs in the study area are Cl—Na、Cl—Na·Ca、SO4·HCO3—Na、HCO3·SO4—Na and SO4·Cl—Na types, the natural hot spring geothermal fluid has no hydraulic connection with the regional groundwater near the hot spring, the geothermal fluids of hot springs come from infiltration recharge of atmospheric rainfall.
