Abstract: In order to effectively curb the occurrence of non-coal mine heavy accidents and improve the safety risk management and control capabilities, a new method for non-coal mine safety risk assessment is proposed. This paper takes a stone material factory as an example to establish a non-coal mine safety assessment method from the non-coal mine site safety management and inherent risks, and clarifies the non-coal mine safety assessment steps and specific requirements. The site safety risk is divided into three types of research projects. Record the investigation in the form of compliance or non-compliance and deduction, and ask and investigate the specific data of the inherent risk items, summarize and determine the overall risk level of the enterprise according to the non-coal mine site risk classification table and the inherent risk classification table. In order to comprehensively grasp and evaluate the safety management and inherent risks of non-coal mines, improve the safety management status of non-coal mine enterprises, improve the safety management level of non-coal mines, provide theoretical support for reducing and preventing accidents, and provide future development directions for enterprises. Safety investment provides a fundamental basis for the prevention and control of major accidents in non-coal mine enterprises.
