Research on Integrated Construction Technology for Fast Supporting of Coal Roadway

Abstract: Faced with the difficulty of excavation and replacement in the case of thin coal seams, this paper advocates the strengthening of mechanized roadway technology research.On this, the author took the investigation and research on the excavation and construction of coal roadway with 22 top 206 working face in Shigetai Coal Mine. First, demonstrate the feasibility of the continuous mining machine's application on the 22 coal seam;Secondly,based on the FLAC3D of numerical simulation,the multi-factor analysis of the optimal empty top distance in the continuous coal mining machine is carried out. Finally, practical verification of the support design parameters derived from numerical simulation. The results of the study finally show that: 22 top 206 working face continuous mining machine for mining tunneling easier to play equipment efficiency, when the continuous shearer and bolting machine spacing operation 8m coal lane empty top distance easier to ensure the efficiency of excavation;Secondly, on-site measurement also shows that the roof subsidence of the roadway is controlled when the roof bolts are installed on the roof of the roadway and the two anchor cables (the ceiling sinks about 25 mm).
