Abstract: Aiming at the problems that the ore sample assay with tedious process,long time could not guide the production quickly and accurately in Huogeqi copper mine dressing plant,Using portable X-ray fluorescence analyzer measured the standard ore sample quickly,but the results errors were larger considerably.Via studying the influences of measurement time,stability and frequency on results,It was founded that the measurement data were volatility and stability when the copper tailings sample was measured once for 30~45 s.The linear equation of the copper tailings sample measurement data and standard values were obtained by utilizing correlation analysis.After rapid calibration of the measurement data,the results could be used to guide production.The dressing plant production capacity was increased,and creating income and enhancing benefits were realized.
