Abstract: The calculation and prediction on the dilution of salt-lake surface brine caused by development is an important problem pressed for solution in engineering construction of salt-lake brine development.The basic data needed for dilution calculation and basic assumptions for calculation simplification are analyzed,the basic formulas for dilution calculation is given.With the combination of the design practice of specific projects of a salt-lake brine mine in Djibouti,the calculation results of the dilution of salt-lake mine caused by development is given,besides that,the problems related to brine dilution is discussed and analyzed,so as to provide some reference for the construction and production of similar projects.
