Design and Application of the Filling System Based on High Sulphur Tailings and Gobi Aggregate Structural Flow in Duda PbZn Mine

Abstract: According to the characteristics of high sulfur contents and fine grain of the tailings in Duda PbZn Mine,the reasonable filling materials ratio of the mine is obtained by conducting filling material tests,and the overall filling technique scheme of the mine is designed.The parameters of the filling system such as demand for filling materials are calculated,besides that,the scheme design and equipment selection of tailings grading system,broken screening system and slurry preparation system are done based on the actual situation of the mine.The techniques of filling materials broken screening and tailings grading are optimized by conducting the operation test of newly established filling system,so,the new filling system that is suitable for the characteristics of high sulfur fine tailings and gobi aggregate in Duda PbZn Mine is developed.The operation results of the filling systems show that the filling system with the characteristics of stable operation,high degree of automation,less techniques process,less investment,shorter construction period and better filling effects,which can provide some reliable reference for the similar mines.
