Abstract: Aiming at iron geological grade is far lower than the industrial grade of a low grade iron mine in Shaanxi,which results in high concentration ratio,large amount of waste,large amount of waste and mine tailings storage pressure,mining,dressing and tailings comprehensive cost high and have no development value,multiproduct comprehensive development and utilization technology was put forward.Characteristics of this technology are: mining openpit stripping waste rock can be used in the production of building stone; after preliminary screening,more selective dry separation and discarding barren rock,barren rock can produce building stone,the ore has been enriched enters stage grinding and classification magnetic separation to get iron concentrate; tailings after enrichment and filter is used as cement accessories and tailings bakingfree brick.By multiproduct comprehensive development,traditional iron mine development single iron concentrate product project,promoted to give priority to iron powder,railway ballast,building stone,cement supplementary,tailings aerated concrete block is complementary product solutions,make waste to treasure,solve high cost of development low grade iron ore and core issue of large amount of waste,economic benefit is obvious; at the same time,the diversification of products has extended the industrial chain and greatly enhanced the enterprise′s resist risks ability.
