Abstract: The ore-forming elements of Ⅰ^# orebodyof the Yinzishan copper and gold mine in Yunnan province are mainly copper, zinc, gold and silver, while Ⅱ^#orebody are mainly formed by gold element. The ore characteristics and gold occurrenceof Yinzishan copper and gold deposit are analyzed so as to have a deeper understanding of mineral association and the genesis of mineral deposit. The research results have the important guiding significance for the development and utilization of the deposit as well asprospecting work for the same type of deposit.
